Location was excellent, especially as we found a carparking place opposite! And being so close to Sainsburys very helpful. Everything was clean and welcoming. Heaters very good, and necessary on a chilly weekend. Milk , tea and coffee and biscuits v good. Host very helpful and accessible by phone. We were allowed in early, which was very useful to us.

nothing, the whole stay was horrendous I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE NOT TO BOOK THIS PLACE! The hosts are rude an ignorant no help at all and the whole please is broken and definitely nowhere near immaculate condition, the “HOT TUB” doesn’t work and you have to pay a additional charge for it. Each time I contacted the hosts about an issue they arrived 6/7 hours later, and did not fix anything. For example neither of the hosts knew how to put the central heating on. The hot tub worked once, and was still not hot. The place was filthy the outside area was horrendous an muddy, dirty cups an cutlery in the kitchen, marks on the carpet. The lady host had no manners, was a very rude an ignorant individual and this place definitely should not be allowed to be listed on this site, as it definitely doesn’t meet liveable standards. Very dissatisfied and it has been a month and I have not received my deposit back. I am having to go through the site to receive it back, all THESE COMPLAINTS WERE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY TO THE HOSTS AND THE DEPOSIT REFUND. But we’re brushed of with excuses an reasons while we were at the property, and when left a messaged about deposit was ignored.

We received a very warm welcome at the hotel. The staff were all very helpful. It's fairly basic but clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with ensuite facilities. An excellent location for visiting Saltaire and the Salt Mill, which is within walking distance. Good freshly cooked breakfasts!

For us it was perfect, we had a wedding in a church across the road, and the reception was a 5 minute walk away. The bar downstairs didn't affect our stay as you could not hear it. The room was a great size and the shower was fantastic 😁
