The location , staff and spa were great. The food was good , the room and bed was perhaps not as nice as a good premier inn but overall I would recommend and definitely stay there again

Breakfast was superb however, we were not informed on first day we could help ourselves to open 'it looked lovely' continental breakfast before having a cooked breakfast, then charged as 'an walk in' which included charging for cups of tea, even though we had stated our room number. This was resolved by Michelle 'Deputy Manager' who welcomed us to a full breakfast experience the following morning. Superb customer service. Thank you Michelle

Instow Barton is perfect for us in every respect. Caroline and Colin are the perfect hosts, the rooms are well equipped, nicely furnished and very comfortable, the breakfasts are great and the location is ideal.
