Much better than expected for the price. Reception area nice, easy check in, parking suitable. Room a little dated and a bit cold due to the huge window, but overall a great stay. Pizzeria great!

Location was excellent, short walk to restaurants, Tower bridge and Tower of London, and hop on bus stop. Very nice views of the marina from the room, (couldn’t get a river front room).
Staff was friendly and helpful.
I liked that there were two armchairs in the room.

The location was really great. Super close to a bus stop and a metro station right by it to quickly get you anywhere you want to go in London. Really great coffee shop beside metro station as well. It was fairly modern and clean. Very very small for the price.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional. Check in and check out was smooth. The bar and restaurant was convenient and food and beverage options were plentiful and excellent. The location was excellent. We were visiting for the London marathon and having the Tower Hill tube and Tower Gateway DLR stops right by really helped us navigate the city with ease. It is a busy area but we liked that. Our room overlooked the courtyard which was quiet and away from the bustle around the hotel.
