Very positively disappointed!! Very clean, everything you need in the room, it's a pity there is no TV but that's not the most important thing, nice staff, next to the shop and a delicious breakfast.

It was beautiful and although we weren’t staying for long, the staff made us feel welcome. Joe looked after us.

Cereals and milk were provided, which was helpful for a light breakfast in the morning. The hotel was in a convenient central location and was value for money in the London area.

The area is really nice and plenty of choice for social interaction even a cinema, excellent public transport.
The people were friendly in surrounding area.
We had drinks in Weavers pub very livley and staff pleasant, local shops for provisions opened late.in evenings, had lunch in Cafe / restaurant besie Tesco express ,fab food and reasonably priced ,staff were lovley and pleasant.
The welcome was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were great and the full English breakfast was really good. The price of the hotel was very reasonable. Room had air conditioning which was a big bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Access to central London was straightforward, although the walk to the underground station may be a problem if you have trouble walking.
breakfast was very good staff were very helpful and polite, room was fairly spacious and comfortable parking was limited as stated beforehand, staff did offer to make space but there was parking available on the roads around the hotel, which I took advantage of. Overall was very pleased with our stay and would recommend to others.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. En suite facility was good and toiletries provided were a nice addition. Location of the hotel was very convenient. The breakfast provided was really good.
The hotel was a little further away from the high street then we thought. (We felt too far to walk) but the hotel restaurant was fabulous and the bar lively. So we had an enjoyable stay.
The staff is very helpful and accommodating to our needs.
The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was able to park my car on the hotel grounds.
Stayed before one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
Nothing is a problem staff are so friendly, breakfast was lovely too. Beds were comfy & shower was a dream.
Fabulously modern hotel. The air con in our room was an absolute lifesaver! The bed was clean, comfortable, and the room had a wonderfully large wardrobe.
