The property is on the ground floor, on a corner alongside a road leading directly down a slight hill towards the Waterfront, which is a walkable distance. The apartment is immaculately clean throughout, also well planned. A spacious Lounge/Diner with two large Sofabeds, wall mounted TV, dining table. There is a good sized double bedroom with comfy bed, kitchen which has all you need and a bathroom with shower cubicle. The Owner did contact us en-route to advise of a couple of minor maintenance issues and key arrangements, which we appreciated. It was just right for us (3 Adults) we had ample space and it felt as though it had been freshly prepared for our stay. We enjoyed a meal and walking on the Waterfront, also there are several shops (Tesco etc) within easy distance. The Owner was very helpful which was a bonus, and rightfully quite proud of the Old Blue Shop.

I was travelling with a baby and he fell ill so we had to change the date and the receptionist were so accommodating. This is the kind of flexibility that is so so important when travelling with a child. Thanks so much!

The property was literally 5 minutes from Milford Haven so this was ideal for me. I had everything I needed in the property and the hosts were extremely helpful too, nothing was too much for them. It was a very cute property and not too tricky to find.

Booked this beautiful home for a special occasion, the decor and the views are stunning… they have considered everything for a comfortable stay…
However the cleanliness of the property was very disappointing… dirty dish clothes left on the window sill, soiled and dusty kitchen cupboards, soiled dishes replaced in cupboards… grill pan left in the oven with food debris, with foil sheet covered in fat…
Walking into this impressive property was exciting and would recommend, however for the total cost expect much more with cleanliness and finishing touches…

I stayed in Rosemarket which is a small village but accessible to beautiful sandy beaches, cycle tracks, nature & shopping (if that’s your thing). I loved Broad Haven, Newgale beach, Dale & the coastal paths between. Not so excited about Milford itself or Haverfordwest town but both worth a quick look.Drove through Solva harbour & up to St David’s but preferred Broad Haven/Newgale for walking at the seas edge, soaking in the sun, enjoying scenery & chatty locals.

The welcome and help from hotel staff; the location and quality of the hotel; The Torch Theatre and the production of "Of Mice and Men" that we went to see; The Galley Cafe for breakfast. Nearby free parking. All in all an excellent stay.

It’s a faded Welsh industrial town and still the fourth largest port in the UK. It’s been a centre for trade and heavy industry for nearly 2000 years and is still dominated by large refineries and shipping. It’s a fascinating place to visit and has a thriving restaurant scene around the redeveloped marina.
From here it is easy to travel to countless sandy beaches, country walks and other places of interest including St Davids which is well worth a visit.
Host provided cheese, ham, cereals, fruit, nice seedy bread, variety of delicious cherry tomatoes, yoghurts, Welsh cakes - plenty to eat. Leone was very friendly and went out of her way to welcome us and make our stay enjoyable. Room was very clean and comfortable and there was a fridge, kettle and nice toiletries in the shower room. This was big and the shower was great. There was a superb view of Milford Haven marina and of the docks which made for fascinating watching, greatly enhanced by the telescope which Leone lent us.
Great base for exploring the area, close to restaurants, decent size apartment, a lot of seating options, sofas that convert to beds, and an air mattress if needed. Lots of blankets and heating, and also a fan. Bedroom had wardrobe and mirror, kitchen was good size and has the basic cookware (except large skillet and large stir spoon), bring your seasonings though (fine with us!). Easy parking, access to apartment via key in lockbox which was easy.
The room was very comfortable and obviously has been well decorated and upgraded and the bathroom great with a full bath which you don't always get in hotels. Often these days it is just a shower instead of a bath so nowhere near as good. I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing between rooms and between floors though. The floor area in reception looked and smelt like it needed a thorough industrial clean.
Located within short walking distance of the marina in Milford Haven. The property was lovely, and the breakfast was good quality. The host was friendly and helpful. We stayed at this bed and breakfast to see the puffins at Skomer Island. It is only a short car drive from the bed and breakfast to where the boats leave , so perfectly situated in my opinion!
The hotel is very clean. Parking is free and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We wanted to go on a boat tour to see the puffins and they helped with options to get there and helped make the reservation. We got wonderful scones with jam and clotted cream at the bar. I would definitely stay there again.
A mother and daughter getaway ! Perfect location as we were visiting Skomer island the following day. Close to lovely beach with rock pools and close to Milford Haven Marina where we had lovely meal. Ruth is lovely, so welcoming and very interesting and knowledgeable. We will definitely return, thank you Ruth x
Fabulous Cottage in perfect location with the most amazing views. Perfect balcony/patio area to view estuary and wildlife. Great dog walks close by.
Clean, comfortable with everything you need provided.
Excellent location for discovering the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast.
Perfect holiday - very sad to leave.
Location was chosen as it is close to the Wales coast path. It was the base for a walking holiday. The surrounding area was pleasant and well served by a range of shops and restaurants. The industrial landscape blends in exceptionally well with the beauty and tranquility of the surrounding landscape.
The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The location was amazing, and we loved the opportunity to eat and have a drink outside in the beautiful weather. The food was delicious and there was a wide selection for both breakfast (included!) and dinner. Our room was clean and spacious.
Very pleasant hotel and location, unbelievable price for what I got, really exceptional value. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room I was checked in to and the window wouldn't shut, was changed in to a different room within minutes. Cannot fault the place.
An amazing B&B just a stones throw from the town centre. It is just like staying in a National Trust property - large victorian house full of antiques and original features. Sadly only stayed one night for a meeting in Pembroke but will return.
Room was fresh and had a lovely view over Milford Haven estuary. The breakfast was lovely. The evening meal we had in the restaurant was scrumptious. Plenty of parking in the vicinity. We had afternoon coffee in the sun on the terrace.
Setting. Large family room. Good value for money. Historical building. There should be facts about the history of the Lord Nelson hotel and about Milford Haven displayed on walls and staircases, to connect more with the public
the hotel was clean warm and friendly.
The bath and shower was fine and the room definitely had everything you would want...desk, wardrobe etc. and it really wasn't that far away from restaurants
Lots of parking
Pleasant quiet location with off street parking. Convenient to explore Pembrokeshire coast and to shops, bars and restaurants. Exactly as described, everything we needed. Nice to have private outside area.
Very informal, relaxed atmosphere, but, professionally run bed and breakfast, which was immaculately clean and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this establishment.
Location, lovely quiet setting ….such a surprise as Milford Haven and Pembroke Dock both close. Enjoyed sitting in the sun overlooking the estuary. Good evening meal and breakfast, great staff.
