We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived.
We arrived early not expecting our room to be ready, but it was which was a bonus.
Rooms were very clean, we booked a small double room and were surprised at how big the room was.
Breakfast was lovely.

Fantastic stay I stayed as a single parent and took my dog with me, the lady called debs that works there was brilliant and helped with all the questions I had. Debs didn't know about the bus services that run local so she went out of her way to find out for me.

Great hotel, really good food, super clean and comfy big rooms (we stayed in superior double) . Lovely outside seating area. You need a car really, great base for exploring the Dales. Only negatives were no fridge in room and bar closed to guests at 10.00pm (it was mid week). Otherwise excellent stay and we intend to go back.

Staff were very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are a good standard. We stayed in a small room, as we were just staying overnight, which was the same standard as the larger rooms.
Dinner and breakfast were good with a good choice. We will stay again if we are in the area.

We didn't see much of the village, but had a walk on footpaths across fields, over a disused railway line and along a canal. It was pleasant and relaxing countryside, slightly marred by some ill-defined (rarely used?) public footpaths and the odd frisky bullock...
It is a shame that Kelbrook is on a busy road with a 30mph speed limit that seems to be ignored by much of the traffic.

Perfection that wasn’t expected.

Wonderful Staff, room, food and service.
The staff were very attentive, all with smiles and friendly approach.
Excellent service and standards . This was a great location with everything on site . The food had a lovely choice and didn’t disappoint.
Thank you for a great stay x
Beautifully and elegantly modern, with tidy surroundings. The room was so well equipped and so clean. The staff were so helpful and very attentive. It felt like we were in a super expensive boutique hotel. We booked a table for dinner and the food was exquisite - washed down with a few tasty gins! We chose this hotel for a child free break following a canal cruise in Skipton and we feel so lucky to have found such an amazing spot! We can’t wait to return.
A truly wonderful place to stay from check in to check out.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful, our room was lovely with a big comfy bed, plenty of parking at the hotel too.
Booked a meal. In the restaurant and the food was excellent, a very high standard at a good price. Came down for breakfast the nevt morning and that too was perfect. Looking forward to coming back and would highly recommend this place.
Good comfortable room but one window would not open. Very good wet room altho’ shower water did splash over to toilet area. We always wonder why this is not anticipated by the builder. Plenty of cupboards in bedroom and power points. Hotel and grounds well maintained. Very pleasant staff. Food was very good on the whole, especially the lamb.
I found this hotel online by chance it was a fantastic place to stay . The staff were lovely everyone so helpful. The food was fantastic both dinner and breakfast . The room was spotless had everything you needed in it . The location was perfect for us . I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Part of a mini break - lovely modern hotel / pub - clean with friendly staff - efficient management and lovely large room. Booked late so chose a twin room as it wasn’t on ground floor in case it was noisy but it was a double and single with lovely little settee, large bath and great shower. Good breakfast
The cottage was peaceful, cozy and exceptionally decorated. I had no problems following Lisa’s instructions to enter the property and the price was fantastic in comparison to local hotels in the area. I had a relaxing stay as I used it as a base to go walking in nearby Malham.
great pub and hotel great location stayed as was walking the Leeds Liverpool canal - good food nice rooms no complaints other than tv was pixilating and asked for it to be looked at but was not attended too over 2 night stay but as was not in room tbat much not a real problem
This hotel is an absolute gem. it’s the second time we’ve stayed and the staff could not be more helpful. The hotel is lovely and the food is fantastic! We will definitely be coming back.
The room was blg and had everything we needed. We ate dinner in the hotel and it was very good. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were very friendly and professional.
