This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location, right on the beach. The room was very nice and all the staff were extremely welcoming. There is a car park for hotel guests. The breakfast was great and the on-site pub served nice food as well.

Breakfast was superb as i had the kippers and these were the biggest kippers i have ever had, beautifully cooked.
Orange juice was nice and plentiful.
The Lifeboat Inn is just a 2-minute walk away from marshes and sand dunes along the Norfolk Coast Path.

We had a double aspect room with a spectacular sea view. It was beautifully decorated in a New England style. The bathroom had coincidentally, one of my favourite range of toiletries, Jasmine, from the White Company Floral collection. The staff were all very welcoming and polite and the food was excellent. The cosy seating areas around the log fire were perfect for curling up with a book after a long days walk along the boardwalk. A perfectly relaxing break, we're definitely going back.

The location is amazing, you just go out and see the sea. Amazing sunset. Walking distance to the light house. The room was clean, bigger than I initially thought (I booked a single room), Very quiet.
The Sunset Guest House is located in the quiet Victorian seaside resort of Hunstanton, which faces West across the Wash with views of magnificent sunsets.

The parking was good, a bit tight if you were like us in the back bay at the apartments but I didn't hit anyone getting out.
The apartment is well equipped, clean and fairly modern, it's not cosy but more functional but I totally accept that if you're going to have many people in and out on a regular basis. Everything is well thought out and to hand.
You are situated in a decent location in the town centre.
Good beach especially at Old Hunstanton by the lighthouse.
Good beach especially at Old Hunstanton by the lighthouse. Small town and hilly if walking is a problem . Disappointed with the number of Cafe/restaurants closed.
Favourite place was the craft centre in Old Hunstanton.
Useful bus service along the coast or to Hunstanton.
Four/five days at Hunstanton when the weather wasn't too good is probably long enough

Great seaside town with a mixture of amenities for all.
Great seaside town with a mixture of amenities for all. There are some tourist aspects to it but all in all it seems to have retained an authentic seaside charm. Pretty homes dotted about, clean with lovely walking routes and parks. People seem very friendly and there are some great places to visit nearby.

Hunstanton is a lovely seaside location.
Hunstanton is a lovely seaside location. A great blend of everything you would want to keep young children amused and active. Great bars and restaurants and some lovely quirky shops. Lovely to walk along the front, or go to Old Hunstanton for better sand. Never far away from country walks and the wildlife reserves, a bird watchers paradise.

My husband is 84 and disabled and blind, so we just wanted to chill and give me a break.
It was his birthday and we had afternoon tea....delicious.
Just the place to chill out and breath in the wonderful sea air.
We'll be back.

Hunstanton is easy to get around we only used the car to get there and come back. I was disappointed when I saw Bingo advertised on an Amusement Arcade in Big Lights on the sea front and when I went inside, there was no Bingo.
Ate at the following places Henrys Fish and Chips, The Norfolk Deli Cafe, Northgate Indian Restaurant and the Salad Bowl. Food lovely at all, especially at Henrys. It was busy at Northgate Restaurant, and I felt rushed.
Drank at The Wash and Tope, O'Quigleys Bar who had a singer, everyone was up dancing and the Mariners Inn - all very different from each other.

We paid for an upgrade and there was hardly anyone staying there but were given a small dark room with very dark furniture, not what we had anticipated at all. Attention to detail was good and the place very clean. Wouldn't class the restaurant as fine dining, perhaps caught them at a bad time!! Disappointed all round.
The room was absolutely gorgeous! The photo's do not do this place justice. The room had plenty of room, and I really liked the fact the toilet & sink was separate from the shower & sink. Was seriously tempted to try the bath in the room (was literally a leg from the bed!) but didn't get chance.
Staff gave a lovely warm welcome and pointed us towards a dog friendly pub for some decent pub-grub. (The Old Marine Bar / The Waterfront Bar are great for this, the Golden Lion Hotel is good for something a little more refined)
-Comfortable, warm, immaculately clean, really well equipped, and beautiful decor
-Lots of thoughtful touches and great communication from the top-class hosts made us feel very welcome
-Dog friendly
-Surprisingly spacious for a one-bed property
-Super handy location for the centre of Hunstanton, and also very close to the sea (which you can see from one of the windows) — while still being a quiet, peaceful spot
Lovely peaceful location with plenty of facilities to share within easy reach of Hunstanton. Plentiful Breakfast. Couldn't eat it all but the staff were happy to put croissants in a box for us to take away. Easy to use shower, fairly large room with big bed. Easy check in and wonderful Reception staff who were on desk 24 hours a day. Fantastic cleaner.
The location of the Lifeboat Inn is excellent, it has ample parking and is dog friendly. It is a good mix of a traditional pub and hotel/restaurant. The breakfast was excellent. One of the rooms with a sea view was pleasant and well decorated.
The menus choice was good and the pie was excellent.

Can’t fault this hotel! Hunstanton has always been a second home since a child but we normally stayed in caravans, during lockdown we started staying here and I only don’t feel like I can go back to caravans now!
staff are 15/10 friendly! very very dog welcoming!
excellent location, clean and the staff are excellent, very friendly. this is a dog friendly hotel, which is why we return at least once a year with our dog, as he is made to feel welcome and is even given a sausage in the morning for his breakfast, which he loves.
The hotel was in a fantastic location within easy walking distance of a beautiful beach - very peaceful in autumn; and close to the main town. The breakfast was delicious and the host was great; friendly, helpful and full of useful information
Lovely spacious, well equipped caravan. Great location near the beach. Dog friendly too! Our boy settled right in and enjoyed the location as lots of nice walks for him. Even had a dog bowl under the sink, very thoughtful.
The location of the caravan site was perfect for us - right next to a dog friendly beach and within a short drive to both Hunstanton and Sandringham palace, all of which we visited during our short stay,
Breakfast was good, plenty of selection with quality.
Liked the room size and with sea view which was great.
Location was good, near the beach and within walking distance of Hunstanton.
Pleasant and friendly staff . Very comfortable room.
Excellent evening meal and breakfast. Definitely our go to hotel when we visit family in Hunstanton
