The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast it was varied and available from early in the morning. The hotel was close to the centre of Brighton and very near to the train station.

The room furnishing were very basic, no paintings or any comforts. Some dust around the room. Room smelled of smoke. Not a pleasant sleep. On a plus side it had a tea tray for a cup of tea in the morning, nicely laid out.
Very basic breakfast.
On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and polite.

The room was fine with excellent views through floor to ceiling windows. Room very comfortable but trouble with TV not working and needing two fixings to get it operating. Breakfast more than adequate with full range of breakfast cereals, fruit etc.
