Our room had a third bed which made it a little tight on space, but the visit was very enjoyable. All the staff were very friendly. We had some problems with our room keys but these were easily and politely solved. The bar and restaurant ere very comfortable and prices were reasonable.

Easy walk to the old town centre and city walls. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower hot. Free onsite parking. Breakfast was included in the price. Good value for money.

Vincy and Andrew the duty manager were really professional, Vincy even offered to help me and my daughter pack our stuff after Andrew authorised over the phone to give me the full refund so I could leave. Didn't stay in the hotel so can't comment on anything else. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, not by any standard. Well not in my experience anyway.

The breakfast buffet was nice, friendly staff as well. The Swimming pool was great, we did use that once. The spa looked great but I didn't have time to make use of it. The restaurant/bar, food was nice, good quality food.
