The whole area of Hull seems quite run down. There did not appear to be a lot of local restraunts so lots of people ate in Wetherspoons which meant that it was often very full and very loud. Having said that the staff seemed to manage quite well. Although the room was clean and serviced daily it would be nice if some of the pillows were a little more firm as not everyone wants to bury their head in their pillow.
Also not everyone wants the rain type shower head, if you have long hair and don't want to wash it every day it is difficult to keep it dry.
Only 2 miles from the center of Hull, The Embassy Hotel is a family-run hotel in east Yorkshire. Just over 1 mile from the ferry terminal, it has free parking, free Wi-Fi throughout, and a bar .
