Location - very close to Royal Mile (easy access via the back). Close to Waverly station and other areas of walking distance
Room - Initially got a bad room but they quickly shifted us to a very good room. All amenities were super in the room including Expresso machines.

The staff was pleasant, the service good, the breakfast was excellent.
This modern hotel is next to the Ocean Terminal shopping center and the Royal Yacht Britannia. It has paid onsite parking, air-conditioned rooms and regular buses to the city center stop outside.
