This property has an excellent location, facilities are just enough and there is a lot you can do if you prefer hiking in all seasons, in summer you can do sun bathing, water sports, running. There is sand on the beach and probably not possible to enter the water if you don't have a boat or kayak.

Interesting WW2 history, good seafront with pop up café selling sausages and chips and drinks. Stony beach not great maybe for sandcastles in places, good rock pooling. Casino, sunset watching and cliff walks. Lots of restaurants on the front.

Sea views. Sunsets. Excellent restaurant downstairs. Hotel flanked by good, friendly ice cream parlour on one side and general store on the other. Public car park close by (but you may need to wash the incrusted salt off your car windows and bodywork afterwards).
Everything else was perfect - the hotel has everything you need, i loved the view from the bedroom window over the sea. The bed was comfortable the dinner delicious, breakfast was good, what more could you want?
