The room was not your typical hotel room. We needed accommodations for my family of 5 while traveling, and Kaijoo was a perfect fit. The kids loved the bunk beds on the side of the wall. Our room overlooked the street and courtyard and was near local bakeries and attractions. My only regret is that we couldn't spend more time before leaving to catch an early train.

The location was perfect, right in the center. Lovely staff. We asked for restaurant advice, and they helped us finding a table in a nice restaurant (S’Thomas Stuebel) We stayed in the deluxe room which was very spacious. Also got the breakfast, very delicious, and there was even homemade yoghurt. If we come to Strasbourg, we will definitely stay here again.

We stay at the hotel for 2nights. Location is very good Just 1stop from the main station and walk a few minutes. It is easy to access main tourist spots by foot. Staff at the reception are very helpful to us. Bed is very comfy. Bathroom is good size. We stayed in superior double room.

I did not realize this was a super high end hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was 10/10, stars all around, I felt very supported and looked after.
The room was really clean, the bed was perfect, I would love to buy their pillows. I highly recommend upgrading to my room (the one with the bath), gorgeous view and overall a beautiful large, comfortable room.
The bathroom had a towel warmer bar thingy that I use at my home as well, which was 10/10, so useful. Add this to every hotel.
The location is really good, easy to reach all of Petite France by walking. (But do consider that you will also want to walk to Notre Dame which is kind of a bit far from here, all of important museums and boats are there)
Do experience their special Easter menu if you arrive around that time. A very gourmand experience.
They also gave me a chocolate Easter bunny on my pillow 🥹 Which honestly made my day. The room service was also excellent with one exception.
