We've been coming to this area for years and the location of the house is excellent. Free parking is available across the road (the main theatre car park). The hosts are amazing, French and English native speakers, so no problem with communication! The house is small, laid out over three floors and was very clean with excellent facilities - and coffee, wine and bottled water were waiting for us on arrival, which were all very welcome! There's also a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the house, which would have been very handy if we'd been staying any longer. The house is an easy 2 minute walk to the town square with it's bars, restaurants and markets, the river is also just a short walk away where you can hire kayaks, etc in the summer months, and it's an easy 5 minute drive the the beautiful Serignan Plage. Beziers town with all its shops and tourist attractions is a 15 minute drive away or just jump on one of the regular buses (Route E, Beziers to Valras Plage).

Flat was small and minimalist with everything you could want. Tea and coffee were a lovely touch. Karin had lots a recommendations, which was great 😊
