Well located for easy access to Lac Serre Poncon and the surrounds. Lovely village with good eating options as well as a small supermarket and several boulangeries. Good beaches and walking nearby and a petrol station as well as ATM’s.

Not a very big town but a variety of options for places to eat besides the hotel restaurant (provided they are open!). We didn't sample the breakfast as it seemed a little expensive and we felt that we wouldn't do it justice so we had a simple equivalent at the boulangerie across the road, which was ample.

Staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, was welcoming and friendly. The swimming pool is situated next to the hotel (a short walk outside is needed), but has great views over the mountains - and it is heated!

But the owner booked us a table at a little restaurant on the lake side which was exceptional. Family run hotel. Which was really lovely. Rooms were beautiful

The rooms were newly renovated, clean and tastfully decorated, with lovely views and good linen. The breakfast was really good. We were very happy here.
