The front desk staff were very helpful.
The front desk staff were very helpful. The swimming pool was nice for the kids. The bike track at the front was perfect for our young kids also. My only one complaint was that we had booked an apart hotel room as we wanted to be able to cook with our kids. However upon arrival at the hotel we had to pay a supplement to unlock the kitchen which I thought was already included in the price we paid for the apart hotel. (The kitchen was quite small - not much space for food preparation or drying dishes - but it did suffice for a short stay).

Sacey is a very quiet village and there is really nothing...
Sacey is a very quiet village and there is really nothing there apart from beautiful countryside. However, it is very easy with a car to reach Mont St Michel, Fougeres, Pontorson, St Malo and there is very little traffic on the road. Everything is well signposted. We ate in Pontorson, Mont St-Michel and St Brise-en-Cogles. Fougeres is lovely with a great castle to visit and other beautiful buildings, Mont St Michel is well known for the island setting of a beautiful church at the top of a big climb!! Many of the villages around Sacey are very pretty and quite sleepy too. Many places shut for a siesta at lunch time. St Malo has a lovely beach as well as a great town but it does get very busy on a Sunday when all the French families visit.MaggieUnited Kingdom
