Oullins is a charming town with metro and bus option that takes you to the heart of Lyon. It has all amenities one might need for a comfortable stay. I ate at a nearby restaurant and the food was exceptional with lots of varieties. There is also an accessible large mall (Confluence).

The air conditioning was quiet and very efficient (the outside temperature was very hot) and the sound insulation is excellent. The position of the hotel is perfect, with very easy access to the autoroute and Lyon centre. The hotel has good free secure parking. Bus to Lyon is just outside of the house. Two beautiful and lovely dogs. The host took care of us and showed us how to move around in the city and all kinds of advice.
