The room decor, design and ambience was lovely and the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony itself and furniture were rusty/unclean but ok. The communal areas were dated and the corridor a bit smelly - may have been cleaning products. The swimming pool and spa seemed dated and basic. Not very cosy but ok.

We loved the location in Mt Louis, close to shops and easy access! The three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, were great. we loved hiking and walking in the area and eating at the local restaurant, very good. Our hosts were wonderful and responsive.

Breakfast was great, including the coffee and pastries. Rooftop jacuzzi was amazing. The room is a good size and the bathroom was fantastic. The little balcony seating area and the view was great too.
