Incredible hosts with great facilities. Had a large room with an excellent bathroom. Although I arrived late by bicycle, they went out of the way to welcome me and sent me on the way in the morning with an amazing breakfast.

Ideally located to explore La Passerelle, close to town centre. Was offered safe motorcycle parking.

The breakfast consisted of local bread, cheeses, pastries and even homemade yogurt…delicious.

This has to be one of the nicest stays we had on our trip.
The attention to detail was amazing.
Can't wait to stay again.
Breakfast was stunning and full of homemade touches.
This was an exceptionally beautiful guesthouse. Very artistically decorated, the owner having an eye for detail in every room guests can see. My husband and I particularly liked the large bathroom adjoining our room. Breakfast was offered in the lovely garden courtyard and again beautifully presented and scrumptious. The owner made us feel very welcome and I highly recommend staying here if visiting Mazamet.
Probably the best hotel I have stayed in - lovely family running it, wonderful old room, simply delicious dinner cooked for us (I am vegetarian and I have never had such a fine meal anywhere in France), and a fabulous homemade breakfast with everything, requested by us unreasonably early in the morning. A fine, great value experience.
a splendid guesthouse in the centre of Mazamet. the house dating 1850’s is beautifully restored. the room was beautiful and comfortable. the breakfast plentiful and delicious. Benoit is a welcoming considerate host. La Villae est au top. great value for money. highly recommended. on y reviendra avec plaisir
We had interconnecting rooms for a family of four and they were gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious and served in the beautiful salle a manger. The swimming pool in the garden was lovely, in peaceful surroundings! Very central to the town of Mazamet with nice restaurants and bars.
Beautifully renovated charming Mazamet town house. Everything was high quality, from the welcome, through the food to the decoration and furnishing of the bedrooms. Being able to dine in the pretty garden was also a bonus. Will definitely return.
Good location in the centre of Mazamet, but also close to the 'Passerelle de Mazamet' and other nice nature sites, nice big apartment, very clean. Simple and clear communication with the host. No surprises.
