Front desk helped us book a restaurant at late notice on Easter weekend. We then realised the kids wouldn't like the food and they were very helpful, finding us another restaurant with no complaints. Really appreciated it.

Whilst the location of this hotel is very handy with it being just on the motorway. The condition of the place was appalling. On first sight it looks scruffy, only half the signage worked and it looks like it needs a good coat of paint. The rooms are super basic, which would be fine if they were clean which they weren't. We ended up having to pay for this hotel but we didn't stay as it would have spoiled our holiday.

Excellent location off the motorway and very convenient for trip south to the coast. Bed comfortable and quiet night. Nice restaurants in Macon but had a drink in bar after. Hotel is dated and needs a refresh but you will barely notice if you have been driving 12 hours! Lovely staff.

The apartment was ok, just the smell of sewage is really bad, the entrance door, key area & steps up to the apartments is that bad, you think your going into a ghetto
Macon, I took my wife to the 360 Hotel roof terrace for tge sunset & views over Macon, fortunately it brightened up from the earlier rain.. but the service was a little slow, & trying to pay was taking so long a queue developed of about 12 people.. problem was... 1 person using the only tablet to pay the bill.. nice place though, unlike the open air parking by the river, as my wife & I were too busy looking through the trees to find a space to park my American pick up truck, we then walked off to the apartment away from the entrance, only returning at 08.00 to find a full size market in the car park, & my truck gone... a local helped & showed me the signs at the entrance, No Parking between 00.00 - 12.00.. went to local police station & waited until 09.00, when they opened, they apologised but its my fault, €15 taxi to the compound, & €126 release fee, we left lost 3 hrs.. then caught heavy traffic to & around Lyon... so use tge underground parking

Mâcon is an up and coming town with warm and welcoming people, interesting walks, lovely river side promenades and seemingly a wide variety of good restaurants. We particularly like discovering the little shops dotted all around the central old down. Great city, One to visit again.

Regret having Sayed there as total cost not comparable ith other hotels in the region a Novotel ND others 2 or 3*
Very good hotel in centre of Macon. We used it as a one night stopover when heading back from South of France and it was a comfortable, quiet hotel with good facilities and (payable) on-site parking. The gentleman on reception was excellent, very efficient check-in and sorting parking, equally the lady looking after the breakfast room did a great job in keeping tables cleaned and available. The Brasserie next door was lovely and the skybar at Hotel Panorama is well worth a visit.
This Hotel we booked as a stopover to southern part of France. Hotel so lala, but the kitchen is excellent and that would make it my choice as well for next time when planning a trip to south France. Have to say that we stayed in the old part of the hotel. They have build new rooms in style of American Motel and you can park your car at your room door. No idea how the rooms look like, so can't make here any commnents on that.
The location is the best for someone that are traveling! The bed was excellent! The bathroom is small but good and very clean, I am not a big one :). The staff is very friendly and kind. I saw some comments not Soo good before the reservation, but if you want the best to stay, you will need to pay a hotel with 4 or 5 stars!
This hotel is to stay and rest to the night in your pass of the zone!
Breakfast was good, a wide selection of many breakfast items, but no hot breakfast food available. However, if you have eaten in the restaurant the previous evening, this was plenty for most people. Room was large and very pleasant. Hotel well situated just off the north/south motorway. The restaurant is well worth a visit if you are into food.
Ideally located just off the motorway, we stayed here overnight on our way to the south of France. The rooms and hotel have a budget feel but was perfect for us as our dog was allowed to go with us everywhere within the hotel grounds. There is a nice small pool area so great to unwind with a beer after driving all day from Calais.
The receptionist was absolutely fantastic. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is in the heart of Macon and within easy walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay again when passing through.
Very friendly and helpful lady looking after us. Plenty of information about the area, which we were very pleased to be made aware of.
Lovely breakfast.
Will definitely visit again next time we are driving through France.
We expected a cold business like hotel, but instead this hotel was full of ambiance with a very cosy interior and a nice breakfast with delicious home made yoghurt.
Perfect for overnight stop. Prices inline with what you expect from a budget hotel. Room small, but had comfortable bed. A/C was a great bonus. Free parking.
Clean comfortable and convenient to the motor way which is a big plus. Basic rooms and big shower tv and hotel nicely freshly decorated in citrus theme
