Location is in the nice area, however, if travelling by public transport it is a bit far from the closest bus stop. Especially in evenings, it's not easy to get to Roubaix or Lille since last transport is around 10pm. We came to see a concert in the Colisèe in Roubaix and had difficulty getting back after the concert. Somehow I thought it's a B&B but it turns out it's just a downstairs bedroom that is being offered in an otherwise private house. It is close to Villa Cavrois, so that's nice. And the garden of the property is lovely and private.

A lovely young lady checked us in. We were passing through, loved the position as it was over from the Railway Station. Our really clean room was tiny but perfect for us. Wifi was good, we were offered breakfast on the top level, not included in price but caught an early train so declined.

No street or guest noise. Room was very small but very clean. Comfy, large bed and enough wardrobe space for a weekend away. Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Key system worked perfectly - first time using a QR code and we were a bit unsure how well it would work but didn't have a single problem with it. Screenshot of the QR works fine, too. Bottles of free water in the hall. Plugs on either side of the bed so we could both charge our phones .We both got in the tiny lift with 2 rucksacks. Was a squeeze but manageable.
