I was hoping to love this wonderful country mas..it occupies a beautiful spot in the countryside of the Luberon valley, and is housed in a very attractive old Provençal building. Unfortunately, however, the actual facilities are rather tired and dilapidated (broken sunloungers around a very unsavoury looking green (not in a good way) swimming pool, sparsely furnished, very basic 80s-style bedrooms with no charm and looking very tired and dated. The staff I spoke to were polite and pleasant enough but in an area which is full of outstanding, welcoming and cared-for guest houses in a beautiful part of the world, this one certainly doesn’t compete.

Located close to the Luberon Park, Coquillade Provence welcomes you in a characteristic 13th-century wine-making village.

Wonderful property, wonderful staff who gave us a free wine tasting, and wonderful wine. The location is great to see the beautiful villages around Luberon. We could walk around the vineyards and property which was incredible.

Our hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a lovely terrace where a continental breakfast was served each morning. The property has a big yard with trees and shade (and a swimming pool!). The mornings were lovely to sit outside and hear the cicadas warming up for the day.

The hotel was in the main part of the town and close to every thing we needed. The reception, cleaning and breakfast staff were helpful and friendly.

Comfortable, simple room nicely decorated. Balcony with spectacular view. So nice to have coffee on it in the morning. Comfortable bed. Great location right in center of Bonnieux. Madame does all the cooking in the restaurant and dinner was excellent. Highly recommend.
