Driving from Calais to Tignes and back, Au Coeur du Fountaine was perfectly located for our overnight stays. The property was very comfortable and oozes charm and character. Hosts Cecile and Franck were amazing hosts and extremely welcoming and friendly. They also kindly booked evening meals at local restaurants for us to make our stay even more hassle-free. We cannot recommend Au Coeur du Fountaine and Cecile and Franck highly enough and hope to stay again if travelling the same way in future.

Lovely hosts. So very friendly and waited at the property for us to arrive as we were delayed until late evening. Great location in a beautiful French village. Bakery in the Village provided us with some lovely breakfast. Just a really nice feeling to our stay. We stayed overnight on our way to the Alps, but would happily have stayed a few days longer and think it would have been perfect for a mini break.

The room is comfortable and clean, but a bit "no frills." There is free parking on site. The restaurant is really very good and we had an excellent meal. The hotel is convenient for a walk around this lovely village with its charming village and impressive source.
