Great customer service from everyone all around the establishment, friendly and attentive to your needs. The evening food was great in the Bistro, the service was impressive. Special mention of the hostess at breakfast. She really went out of her way for us. Cleanliness overall is impressive as is the willingness to speak foreign languages.

Huge room with bedroom upstairs, living room, bathroom and separate loo downstairs. Own entrance and separate from the main house so very very quiet. Very clean and the shower pressure was fantastic. Pool was very very clean and area kept quiet which was nice. Would recommend.

Thank you for a wonderful stay with you in Charolles, your home was so welcoming. We really enjoyed the daily breakfast of homemade croissants and yogurts. Your hosting was great and welcoming and we felt very happy and comfortable during our stay with you. We had all the amenities we needed, fresh towels, hairdryer, shower gel ect. There was free parking nearby too. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

If we could have stayed here for a longer, we would have. Sylvia & Alain’s home is wonderfully peaceful, and they themselves are delightful hosts; their breakfasts are excellent. They even let us in at 2am when we stumbled back drunk and forgot our keys. The rooms are clean, the beds comfy, and the surrounding garden picturesque. If you are staying in Charolles, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Incredible value for money.
