Basic hotel, you get what you pay for:) I had no issues with the cleanliness of the place. Did not try the breakfast, as I preferred going out to diff places. Location is right near the shopping street in Nice. lots of food places and cafés. a few minutes from the metro. very nice and safe, not noisy either.
