The location on main square, but with private off street parking, was convenient and hotel bar and restaurant popular with local customers. Traveling in off season, it was a nice surprise to have restaurants open. The renovated bathroom had modern features and the expresso machine in the room delightful. The hosts were always available and very kind.

This was a business trip so I only had a short amount off time to look around. That said, Arudy is really nice and the mountains are very close.
Typical French food quality in the Hotel d France which was recommended by my hosts.
