Gite des Belles Fontaines, hotel in Andryes

Located in Druyes-les-Belles-Fontaines, in a historic building, 33 km from Auxerre clock tower, Gite des Belles Fontaines is a bed and breakfast with a garden and barbecue facilities.

Everything was clean and there was a lot of space. We slept 2 nights there because of a wedding nearby. So we didn't spend much time in the apartment. There is a small garden next to the entrance door that can be used for breakfast or relaxing hours. The owner was really nice!

Le Domaine des Carriers - Gites, hotel in Andryes

Offering a garden and garden view, Le Domaine des Carriers - Gites is located in Chevroches, 45 km from Auxerre clock tower and 46 km from Abbé Deschamps Stadium.

A rustic gite in a lovely part of France. The property is quite small but full of character, with plenty of outside space for relaxing and eating. If the weather is good ( which is was for us ) then this gite is a great place to stay. The swimming pool was a perfect temperature to escape the heat and literally next door to the gite. Chevroches is a charming village, but has no shops. We hired some bikes from the property and rode down the canal, it was very quiet and coupled with a bread and cheese picnic a great way to spend an hour or two. Clamecy a short drive or a 40 min walk away and has a few restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket. It is a medieval town and some of the buildings feel like a scene straight out of Les Miserables. I would recommend this property for a quiet and relaxing break.
