Tornio is nice modern town and all the must see places are nearby. I had a lunch in a restaurant called Ofelia. Great food. Cool thing is that you can go from Tornio to Sweden (Haparanda) by walking and buy some swedish delicacy called snus 😊

Nice, clean and simple room but big enough even for 3 adults for one night. Big fridge in the room and fully equipped kitchen close by at the corridor for making lunch/dinner. There was also a grocery store in 600 meters from the hotel. Breakfast was really good and diverse with even fresh Finnish berries! Easy to check in with a door code!MaariaFinland
