Obviously a bit further out which is exactly what we were looking for so trying to rate location is subjective, especially as we appreciated the free parking. Large supermarket across from it and indeed plenty of free parking along the street. A bit busy on the back with a larger road but depending on where you have your room that is not an issue. Rooms were ok but could have been cleaner: there is the concept of dusting and having a window more or less floor to ceiling in the shower which gets hit with water all the time does not help. Guess how that looks like, and yes, they must have given up on cleaning it. Otherwise as advertised.
Given the overall situation with free parking and a deck with a pool, as well as a few shaded areas, we would return.

We stayed there only 1 night with a 19month old baby, they gave us 3-beds bedroom, which was perfect for us. The staff was very nice. Downstair is a restaurant/bistro.

Excellent apartment. Quite new. Full of accessories, including food and beverages for breakfast and more.
Constant and very nice assistance from Ms Gloria (owner) and her family.
Underground garage included, with elevator very close to the box, which bring you right in front of the apartment; very useful when travelling by car with luggage.
Great air conditioning.
Sole remark: it is not in the center of the city, so transportation is needed. Public bus available and stops are right in front of the apartment.
Very close to the center though, in few minutes one is there; you pay on the bus, very simple.
Highy recommendable for up to 4 adults in maximum comfort.

What a fantastic place. The hosts went above and beyond anywhere we have stayed before! Giving advice on places, eateries, free parking in Cordoba. An ample breakfast was included with some home made produce, superb.
Room was spotlessy clean with good quality linen and towels. Also a little dining area and microwave, cutlery, crocs and glasses. Outside a peaceful garden with a swimming pool and chairs and table plus a bbq. Parking was free inside the property gates. So much more than we expected for the price we paid.
We definitely need more people like Annabell, Roco and of course Cocoa (the adorable dog)in this world.
