Breakfast and dinner was very good, all made to order and accomodated my husband who is gluten free. Good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier. The town was super weird, nothing going on there, houses in ruin - just random sheep following you around and sheep poo everywhere. Shame no pool this time of year, I sort of only booked it for those reviews. Oh and good location for Santander ferry port. We drove back from central portugal and found it to be a convenient location to split the journey on our way home, to make it a quick, stress free drive the next day.

I spent 2 separate nights in this small hotel in a popular spot on the Camino Frances, both times with a room at the front with a view of the attractive square and the Romanesque church. Simply furnished room, but clean and comfortable with good wifi.

Absolutely lovely stay. The staff were so kind to me and my children, made us feel so welcome. We had dinner after a long drive which was perfect, a beautiful meaty stew and chips. Breakfast was super, warm bread, hot chocolate and a lemon cake. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, lovely location, peaceful garden, easy to find and park. Wonderful.
