The hotel was at the center of town, very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and they offered a good breakfast at extra cost.

All good but would be even better if you could have food in evening as not many place to eat locally without walking back to town . Had an attic room which was nice and quiet, really clean with nice bathroom. Good A/C a nice heater to keep the room warm at night.

I had an amazing stay. Owner picked me up after I called to say I managed to walk past the road I needed to take. Warm and just lovely people. Highly recommend.

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon so very quiet and only one local bar open , the hotel had a cafe. Very quiet village , shame about the huge freight lorries obviously using the road through the village as a cut through.

There is nothing to do there, then just relax.
There is nothing to do there, then just relax.
There is a shop, where you can find the most necessary things there. The restaurant also has some choice, and the vegans would have to do with french fries and a salad, which is not that bad.
I have seen that people do not stop there much on the way to Santiago. The path from Villafranca was well-marked, you just have to follow the path, even though I was most nervous about walking the section from there, it worked well.

Historic building with very large rooms decorated with chandeliers and comfortable sitting room chairs. Bed comfortable. Breakfast included with hotel lots of options. And we had lunch. This was a three course meal and wine included. Delicious with professional wait staff.
Registration was easy. All staff wonderful. We were early to check into our room we were able to get coffee and others had a full breakfast. Nice area to dry off after a very rainy windy hike on the Camino.
The room was charming and beautifully decorated. The entire hotel had antique furniture that was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and eager to please. The restaurant had a great selection for dinner, and there was a bar open nearly all day for snacks and drinks. The private bathroom had a nice tub, and there was air conditioning in the room. The view from the window was great as well. Unmissable!
Very good communication, special mention to the decoration of the hotel, its "cachet" which are quite impresive. The welcome was very nice and the personnel is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is tasty and complete, from coffee to pastries, bread, fresh fruits & juices as well as jams. We will surely retrun to this very nice place
This is a stunning hotel. The historic building and then furniture are both beautiful and worth walking around the building to enjoy. The breakfast was fantastic and the best we had on our travels so far. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Christine was such a kind sweet host. Lovely clean albergue . Room with 2 twin beds was good. Shower great . Tiny grocery store across the street . Not much cooked with some things and had a lovely dinner in the kitchen with 3 other people . Perfect .
This is a lovely hotel on the Camino de Santiago. It's attached to a pilgrims' hostel, and serves a pilgrims' dinner (you don't need to be a pilgrim) for 15 euros which is great value. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We'll return.
Amazing place! The couple that owns it were so amazing and they cook the best food ever! They made me feel at home. It is my favorite albergue so far on my Camino Frances! When I do this again, I’ll be staying here again!
Right on the route of the Camino with a good restaurant next door (owned by the family that own the hotel). The owner was lovely - bright, friendly and helpful.
Everything it was beautiful in our hotel room including the air conditioner. The pilgrims meal was wonderful and the included breakfast was a full buffet
