Location suited us as our daughter lives in Urribari.
No problem with the room overlooking the busy avenue as it was on 4th floor but still quiet.
Breakfast was adequate but good :excellent coffee, great tomate spread, sensible choices of food.
Located opposite the Bilbao Exhibition Centre, this hotel is 10 minutes’ by car from the city centre. It features a seasonal swimming pool surrounded by gardens and a sun terrace.

It is great value and very conveniently located for getting to the ferry port. It is located on the end of a retail park with another shopping centre across the bridge.
Plenty of parking in -1 and has car chargers.
The restaurant is pleasant and inexpensive.
Easy access from and to the motorway (stick to the speed limits as there are many speed cameras on the motorway.
