A warm welcome, a good room, excellent breakfast and a lovely pool area in a friendly hotel within a few minutes walk of several good restaurants. Juan and Antonia did everything to make our stay really memorable.
The town of Sineu is centrally located and great as a base for cyclists or in a car.

I had an amazingly enjoyable 3 night stay in October. The bedrooms and all the communal spaces are beautifully decorated and it’s a very tranquil environment. The owners and all the members of staff perfectly combine a sense of warmth whilst still giving you your space. They are always there the minute you need them to make you a drink at the bar and have a chat but at other times you feel you have the hotel to yourself. The breakfast options were fabulous and the presentation beautiful and the lunch choices were much appreciated and very good value. It’s very difficult to get the balance between professionalism and friendliness, in my experience, and Ten does this seemingly effortlessly!

Pool was lovely, the bedroom downstairs was not habitable as their was a very stale / damp smell, same in the dinning room that we didn’t use. To be clear, this was no fault of the cleaners.

The town of Sineu is small but absolutely stunning, the architecture and narrow streets were extremely picturesque. For such a small town, there was a good selection of traditional Mallorcan restaurants to choose from, all serving excellent food at very reasonable prices. When we stayed, the town was getting ready for their annual fiesta, but the rest of the time it was really quiet and chilled. The market held every Wednesday was excellent and made the town come to life. The only downside is the location. Being in the centre of the island, getting home from an evening somewhere on the coast can be tricky. Therefore we had to ensure we were back before the last train which ran until 10:20pm from Palma. Overall, the town feels like a real undiscovered gem which in a few years’ time will likely be a tourist hotspot in peak season. Definitely worth a visit (or a stay).

Very lovely authentic Majorcan house with individual rooms in a lovely small village. Good location to discover the island and start biking tours. Very nice, welcoming hosts who make you feel like you’re at home. Beautiful terrace with a wonderful view on the mountains. Delicious and freshly made breakfast!!!

A nice town overall with a lovely old town and Placa. Good vibe provided by local residents rather than tourists with plenty of decent bars and restaurants. Great location on the island. Easy to access pretty much everywhere. Even has rail access to Palma.

The reason we stayed in Sineu is because it was close to the venue of a wedding we were going to. It is charming and very quiet. There is a nice piazza with a few bars and cafes. However I probably wouldn’t return to Sineu as I prefer a more lively atmosphere. Villa Sa Barcella made the trip to Sineu and I would definitely recommend anyone travelling to Sineu to stay at Sa BarcellaEmilyUnited Kingdom

Although located isolated, grocery shops can be reached in 5-10 minutes in the village of Sineu. The house is also centrally located in Mallorca. Ideal to explore the island. The owner, Esther, is very friendly and is always available to assist. When we arrived there were some local products available as a welcome gift. Although it was november, we still were able to take a dive in the swimming pool.

The owners, Carl and Jose go out of their way to make one welcome, as does Samba, the family dog. The breakfast is amazing! I thoroughly recommend the Avocado Toast. The welcoming attitude is typical of the inhabitants of Sineu, who do all they can to make you feel at home. I definitely intend returning to Es Picarol Sineu. It is like a bell that keeps beckoning. The hotel was cozy and intimate. Host was sweet and warm. Breakfast was not too fancy but still had all the elements what one could want: from ham to chocolate crossaint. The bed was also perfect for two persons (it had one mattress instead of 2 separate ones).

There's local market on Wednesdays as well. Apart of the nice places on the main square, they have a quite famous authentic restaurant downstairs right in the building!
