Our room was spacious, brightly decorated, very clean and had a balcony. The old town is easy to reach, as are the railway and bus stations. Good bars, cafes and restaurants are nearby and they are more popular with local people than tourists, whether Spanish or foreign. The market is only a ten-minute walk away. For Alicante, the room price was very fair.
