René was super welcoming, friendly and chill. He is the heart of the Hostel! Facilities are basic but clean and the bed (I slept in the dorm) very comfortable. Breakfast included was a great way to start my hike to Cadaqués.

This was a nicely placed apartment in a complex which was kept tidy. The pool was well maintained and clean, and loved by the kids. The beach was a short walk away. The parking was excellent, especially in summer, as the car stayed cool underground.

The restaurants and shops are great. There is a beach which wasn't crowded when we stayed. There are lots of small beaches along the coast. We didn't go to the main town for the beach but to a small beach near our flat. We ate the Patio near the town square very good food and menu. But there a lots of other restaurants.
You can easily visit Port de la Selva see the fishermen wharf. We saw an exhibition of modern art in the port. Or visit far de punta de Sarnella and see the light house.

Llança is a town I've been visiting frequently since when I was a small kid.
In the last nearly 30 year I have seen it evolve from a local fishing village to a cosy, not to crowded resort. I think it successfully avoided becoming a typical unpleasant costa brava tourist place.
For my stay I would choose it over Roses or Empuriabrava anytime, let alone anything to the south, like Blanes or Lloret.

Llançà was an excellent choice for long and beautiful walks.
Llançà was an excellent choice for long and beautiful walks. The footpaths along the coastal area are outstanding and include walks in all directions. The walk to the Sant Pere de Rodes was was the best. You can also go by car but to walk there in May with all the flowers cannot be beaten.
Great position, spacious, clean. LLanca is a lovely place with a fantastic coastal walk and spectacular views. Flat is right on the seafront next to restaurants and bars - although it is still very quiet at night. very convenient place to stop off in way down south from France - we stayed 2 nights and next time would extend to 3 nights because it was a really pleasant place and comfortable flat. parking lot is right in front - although sometimes requires a bit of a wait to get a spot. (like 5 mins).
I think me and my familly we like everything there. The apartment was well situated. Nearest beach was 3min walk. Centrum of Llança was 20min walk. It is very beautiful area. The apartment was clean, in every room there is airco. Comfortable beds. Dining table also outside so we could enjoy our morning coffee with nice view to the mountains. I could write more but there is no need. If you look for perfect stay I fully recommend 😊
The house is well equiped, the kitchen has everything you need and they even give you dishwasher soap. The terrace is great; very big with chairs and bbq. A lot of board games for the family. Air conditioning in every room and functional tv. There is a book with instructions that will help you in case of doubts. Very good place in Llançà also for visiting other towns around
This was our second time here. We returned because of the wonderful position of the hotel, right on the sandy beach with steps from the hotel down to the sea. Our room had a spacious balcony with wonderful views of the bay and out to sea.
Marbella, who welcomed us in as we arrived and then saw to all our requests and drinks was wonderful and very obliging.
The room was on the highest floor and towards the sea. So the view was lovely! The room was clean and spacious. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. She talked with me in Spanish and was very nice doing it slowly so I could understand. The terrace was very nice and the beach below the hotel was amazing!
Efficient, speedy and pleasant reception and check-out. Outdoor pool open and welcome on a hot day in May.
The hotel suited us as we were travelling along the N260. The hotel is sandwiched between the road and a railway but it wasn't noisy. The aircon and wi-fi worked fine and we appreciated the balcony.
This is a cheap hotel, and as cheap hotels go, it's fine. If you are looking for classier accommodation, then pay more. I was passing through on a hiking trip and have no complaints. The young Estonian receptionist was friendly and helpful.
When you enter the hotel, it smells wonderful! Clean and spacious room. Good breakfast included in the reasonably priced accommodation. Walking distance to the marina and there was a market on Wednesday morning on the town square.
The staff are really nice, the hotel is in a old and nicely decorated building, everything is clean, the rooms are nice and spacious, and breakfast was very good. All in all a great stay.
The location was perfect, especially because I was walking the GR11 and the route starts right near the hotel.
The owner was very friendly and helpful.
I love that they accept dogs!
Amazing location, amazing hotel, amazing outdoor eating area, amazing food. You’re not in front of the beach, you’re literally on it. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.
The couple who owened and ran the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel far exceeded the 2 stars it is rated. It was extremely clean and and excellent breakfast.
Super friendly staff in a family run hotel. Great service and was within walking distance of the beach. Beautiful little town as well. This place is a hidden gem.
