The host does not speak English and did not send me proper instructions how to reach the accommodation. The address led me to a dirt road/ volcanic area, the host was not responding and I had to sleep in the car. They also didn’t grant me a refund!!! Scam people!

Everything! We are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and we stayed in a villa which was perfect for us. Comfortable space, great pool, in peaceful location. The facilities were excellent. We all enjoyed different classes, which were welcoming and led by friendly, experienced trainers. There were always plenty of sunbeds round the pool and there were plenty of sunny or shaded spots depending on your preference. I loved being so close to the sea for a morning swim. I have never returned to the same hotel before, but I am already planning out next family trip there and also can't wait to go solo too!
