The location is ideal for any kind of hiking in the fantastic Las Cañas del Teide landscape. The personnel is professional and very friendly, namely the ladies who are cleaning the rooms and the waiters. The rooms are spacious and very quiet.

The location is beautiful as it is up in the mountains overlooking the island. It is much cooler and wet though so keep that in mind. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean with an amazing, comfortable bed.

Our second visit to Los Jardines was as good as the first, and we were again staying in a brand new apartment, this time further down the hill towards Terrazza. We really love this place, and really appreciate the size of the accommodation and how beautifully it’s been done. It feels very luxurious at a great price point. There was a lot of building work happening behind our apartment but it didn’t impact upon us. We really hope to visit again!

The children's splash park and entertainment was brilliant, our 5 year old had a ball. The breakfast was also enjoyed by all of us every morning. All of the staff were so friendly throughout our stay, it was great.
