Christian and his mum Patricia are wonderful. They were so kind and helpful. We had the breakfast and home cooked evening meal which was delicious ( especially the tortilla) would highly recommend. Such a welcome rest / stop over from the Camino. 👍🏼

The room was adequate for my needs. It had a small balcony. And the restaurant downstairs was good. The checkin was smooth and I knew in advance the reception was closed between 4 and 7.

Larrasoana was originally our second choice for an overnight stay on the Camino; our original preference was Zubiri. The day's walk was a little longer but very much worth it because of the charm of Casa Elita and the quality of the reception and pilgrim's dinner at the inn at the centre of the village. One of the best evenings of the Camino!

Larrasoana is a very small village.
Larrasoana is a very small village. If you are walking the Camino and planning to stay in the Albergue, care needs to be taken to ensure that it is open for your dates. We were in Larrasoana in early June and there was a note in the window of the Albergue stating that it opened from 22nd June. There aren't a lot of accommodation choices in Larrasoana.
