How wrong could we be . Staff amazingly friendly & helpful . Room more than adequate and bed comfortable. I asked for a blanket and a new one came within seconds - with a smile ! Bar friendly - not hotel prices . Breakfast great . Uk motorway hotels have a lot to learn from the Spanish !

So convenient off the slip road, the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast served in the dining area, the friendliness of the staff and finally the price. As an example, after a long journey from Santander upon arrival we needed a glass of wine. Duly ordered and presented with a bottle, two glasses. Cost 3 euros. When was the last time a Brit paid that in a hotel?

Staff very friendly. Excellent service. Lift to upper floors. Rooms decorated with authentic Spanish furniture. Good supply of soft towels and soaps etc. Good value for money and pet friendly. Secure parking if needed. Tapas good didn't try the restaurant.

Parking convenient, directly outside for about 2 euros over night. Hotel inside was stunning. Beautiful furniture, lovely big jacuzzi bath. Great menu del dia for 12euros. We’ve stayed here a few times now, and look forward to our next stay!!

The cafes around the hotel also nice. And the hotel's own restaurant is a good chance to have a coffee early morning. Receptionist was really kind and helpfull.
