The rooms, dining area and surroundings creatively combine modern architectural style with Balinese Spa. Its Remarkably quiet due to its location in the middle of Olive Oil Orchards but since it’s placed on top of a hill you get to enjoy endless views up to Sierra Nevada snow-capped peaks (I was visiting in Oktober). Very intimate as well as the hosts make sure no more than 3 rooms are occupied at the same time. If you like a type of cuisine where tradition meets modern flair your taste buds are in for a treat! Gerard’s cooking is truly amazing. No need to leave this place for fancy Grenada restaurants - you have the top chef culinary experience on the spot with meals freshly made from local ingredients. He will include all your food intolerances and personal preferences too! I was swept off my feet. I truly recommend this place for anyone searching for great company, amazing food and peaceful sleep and rest.
