The buffet breakfast was a good value for money, really fresh and tasty food. The pool and the beach offer perfect balance for enjoying the sun. Our room although interior had enough sunlight to keep us happy.

This hotel was quite a surprise to us all. Tucked away up a narrow lane and appearing to be a little out of the way. The weather was terrible for our overnight stay but this is somewhere we would go back to. The views from our window were really good and when we left we realised there was quite a few things in the area which we had been unable to enjoy because of the weather. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff very welcoming. Breakfast was also very good served in a small but bright and welcoming area. The car park was also good with a choice of free parking over the road or, for a small charge, at the back of the hotel.

Fantastic communication with the owner and property manager, who we didn't manage to meet in person, but beside our arrival about 23:30 at night and slight language barrier, did an amazing job to accommodate us! People do make a difference and this is what could be a life saver in some situations. Apartment itself was perfect for a couple like us - we simply don't need 100 square meters 😉 Typical galician one bedroom flat, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Great location close to local port, beach, pubs/restaurants and supermarkets, no issues with parking spaces, public transport (buses) available, easy access to AG-11 highway👌🏻 In my opinion, Pobra itself is a great example of galician seaside small town, where you can experience typical countryside life👌🏻👌🏻 Highly recommended for those, who are not fans of luxury and crowded holidays😉

This is a lovely rural hotel run by a lovely host. Although she spoke no english and my Spanish is basic, we were able to understand each other enough. She provided us with a lovely breakfast and then helped to translate a walking guide for a local hike that was written only in the Galician language. The room was very comfortable with a sofa as well as all the usual ameneties. There is onsite parking in the hotel grounds, and the signs to find the hotel from the nearby town were excellently placed.
