The hotel itself is gorgeous, set in a cobbled lane with a tiny square filled with orange trees. My room was beautiful, the bed comfortable and the pillows the perfect softness for me. Eugenia on reception was my go-to person for where to get wine, where to eat and how to find the hop on hop off train. She was an absolute delight and I am so grateful to her for all her advice.
