I have ridden may motor bike over 300 miles to get there then came to this wonderful bridge which was just stunning . the hotel was lovely and relaxing after a long journey it was a well come place to stay.

Fantastic place, far better than pictures or descriptions.
Fantastic place, far better than pictures or descriptions. It is a living document, from Roman construction to mourish occupation, we found just everything. The small village - 1400 citizens - has only a couple of places to eat but still the entire context deserves to be lived.RuiPortugal

There was a nice ambience in the hotel and the restaurant staff were very friendly. There was a lovely bar area to sit out in the warm weather but also space inside. The half board option was excellent value. On-site free parking. Hotel is slightly out of town and easy to get to.

We had large comfortable room in a very interesting building with a lovely internal courtyard. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The restaurant served good quality food at a reasonable price.

This hotel is a lovely complement to that. Staff are all friendly and rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The building has some lovely history also, but I would say the location is its strongest point.
