The staff was great, the food and restaurants wee delicious! The rooms were clean and we had a great time at the pool parties and with the activities by the pool

Nice and helpful staff. English-spanish required a bit using translator, but without problems. Roof top pool/jacuzzi was nice. Rooms had a bit variation between the views and interior properties, but the available rooms were shown to us first and we were able to choose which we wanted and we paid after that.

Location, easy refund, free soap and Chinese condoms. One window that doesn't work. No worries you can look under the door to see who is at your door. No need to open the door either.

It was walkable to everything we wanted to see in Puerto Plata. The staff member that welcomed us was very nice.

Wow, that was great and the space is very nice and clean So we were enjoying. Thank you guys for the best you do to offer joy and happiness to the people that come all over the world. I would like to tell you,we enjoyed: the food,the show and everything.

Everything Never got our rooms close by. We were a family of 10 with a baby, had a total of 5 rooms, my daughter, mom, and mother in law all made their own reservations. My reservation was for 2 rooms, but they combined it to a penthouse without any notification. I was given a penthouse with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. The one bathroom was always leaking, and there was no hot water. I reported several times they came by to fix the issue the day before checking out. We were all given wrong information about the restaurants. Shuttle service was horrible, always packed. Our actual rooms were located far from restaurants and night shows. They changed my mother in law room to a room that had no hot water and no reception. The wifi never worked. She went from bad to worse. My mom's room was on the 3rd floor, so my kids went to her room, and my mom had to stay with me. It's not good at all since my partner and I were celebrating our 23rd anniversary. The property never did anything to make the situation better. Well, they made an exception and made dinner reservations for 2 different restaurants at 9 pm. We were with a baby that got ill on our trip. When I asked to please provide me with a to go container to bring the 2 year old toddler something to eat since he was sick for most of our trip. They told me I had to go to guest services to get something in writing, and they sent it to the kitchen. It was horrible. No sympathy for a baby. I work for a hotel, and in my 40 years working in the industry, I have never seen or experienced anything like this. Normally, we should go above and beyond to make our guests feel welcome. As a front office agent, our GM always tells us to make decisions and make our guests feel comfortable. BTW. When I called booking they said speak to property. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Puerto Plata. And I won't be using booking either.
