I LOOOVE THIS PLACE ! I highly recommend this hotel . You get a big confortable apartment. It is very clean . I just love the vibe of the apartment I stayed . It was right in front of the beach . The staff there are so nice and friendly ! I travel around the world and hardly ever you encounter that the whole hotel staff are so friendly and make you feel like home !! Our favorite stay in the DR by far! Property is gorgeous and the staff and guests are both laid back and friendly. Spring for a massage as they are affordable and excellent. Food was great with many options for varied diets. I don’t drink alcohol and really appreciated the delicious mocktail menu. We are a married couple traveling without our kids, but the facility is child- and baby-friendly and all children we saw there were remarkably well-behaved. Our cabana was gorgeous with a great mattress. We loved lazing on the porch with its comfy hammock. We didn’t spend time at the pool with the ocean right there, but it was clean and a comfortable temperature. The property arranged multiple drivers for us, and they were extremely punctual (even in the very early morning) and well worth the cost. Maximo drove us to the waterfalls and dropped us at our next hotel in Puerto Plata afterward, and he was great. Highly recommend!

The staff was awesome. So friendly and helpful. They called me by name. All the food at the restaurant was delicious. Not many restaurants around but doesn't matter, you have everything you need here. I loved all the little touches.

The location was spot on. Walking distance to the beach, but far enough from the main road that it was extremely peaceful. Everything else about the hotel was incredible. The staff, the room, the beautiful gardens and lagoon, and the free kayak rentals. Just amazing. Already planning our next stay for a few weeks time.
