Lovely old house with charm. The hotel is quiet and right at the centre of Nyborg. Staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and can warmly recommend the place.

The location is perfect for a relaxing and quiet recharge and connection to nature. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms look out onto pasture land where I could watch wildlife. Also, the place is far enough from most sources of light pollution that I saw the most stars I've seen in YEARS. Odense is about half an hour away by car for dining options or you can cook in the kitchen with a full stove/oven, or grill. The owners are so welcoming and clearly love their piece of area history having restored the buildings and quite proud of the intact millworks with a double wheel.
