Beautiful church, beautiful Kalkbrud, beautiful GeolMuseum at Faxe. Coffee in GMF is nice, coffee in Danshostel Faxe too. I can recommend for all tourist, family with children, geologist, palaeontologist, teachers of geology, geography etc. The sea is near Faxe Ladeplatz. The key place for understanding and study of middle Danian...
The key place for understanding and study of middle Danian limestones in Faxe quarry. I can recommend visit GeolMuseum in Faxe and you can take coffee in Danshostel in Faxe. The travel to Faxe is the best from train from Copenhagen throught Koge. From train stop you can walk circa 1,5 walk to Centrum of Faxe. The red church is amazing too. If you want travel to the sea FaxeLadeplads you can take short time by train. If you want continue to e. g. Naested you can take bus. Danshostel in Faxe lie above Faxe quarry. I recommend visit this famous place with plenty of fossil 63 milion zear old. You dont forget visit this beautiful town and admire nice landscape. I recommend visit Danshostel coffe shop and you see the viewpoint to the quarry. The best accomodation for families with children is Danshostel in Faxe nearer Faxe quarry.AAnonymousCzech Republic
