The hotel is immaculately presented, clean and modern and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming despite my being attired in fly-spattered motorcycle leathers. The food and wine were excellent and the room was very well appointed and had a great view over the countryside. Unfortunately I arrived too late to sample the spa but it looked very enticing. Overall, excellent value for money considering the facilities on offer and quality of the building, services and food.

We couldn't book a room in Koblenz, but we found this hotel on the website. We had the best stay of our European land tour, which included stays at IHG hotels, such as Holiday Inn, Crown Plaza, and Best Western hotels. This place was quiet, serene, and had the best facilities with most modern features. Breaks was exceptional, but the staff was just super friendly. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The wellness and spa facilities are very nice, as well as the golf course belonging to the hotel. We liked the surrounding countryside for hiking. In the entrance area of the hotel there is a large space for common use with a billiard table and a large TV screen that we used watching sport events. And there is a lovely Café next door to the hotel.
