Great breakfast. Wanted to eat all of the options but the bread was too tasty and I was always too filled up with rolls and great kännchen kaffee to manage all the cheeses and cereals.
Room was a large double.
Very friendly staff made me and my daughter very welcome.
The rooms, bathroom and all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean.
Did I mention breakfast?
Set in a historic building from 1532, this hotel is located on Wedel's market square. It offers free Wi-Fi internet and free parking to a limited number of parking spaces.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful, pleasant part of Hamburg where you can really relax. A bank is right across the road, Lidl is a couple of doors down and there are very good restaurants nearby. It’s a German hotel run by Germans so you get a genuine German experience. It’s a few minutes’ walk to the train station so all parts of Hamburg are easily accessible since the public transport system is incredible (and very cheap). This is one of the few hotels who include breakfast as standard and it was very enjoyable. Great value in such a lovely area.
This 5-star hotel on the River Elbe offers elegant rooms with free WiFi, an impressive restaurant and a spa. Hamburg’s city centre is 20 minutes away by bus. The Hotel Louis C.

Staff / direction very friendly and welcoming. Helped carrying luggage to room (2 stairs), we have not seen such kind service for a very long time. Got a dinner table although we did not reserve. The hotel is on the border of Wedel and Rissen, I cycled, walked and got the train from Rissen. From this hotel Rissen train station is 10/15 min walk. The airport by train is 1 hour but get on in last carriage at Rissen train station as the train changes directions from another station. Beautiful forest walk 5 mins away. Beach is about a 20 min cycle.

Wedel has many nice old houses to see and to photograph.
Wedel has many nice old houses to see and to photograph. There are many pleasant walking trails, along the Elbe, along the dike and also around pond and fields. Unfortunately there are no regular Barlach exhibitions at the Barlach House Museum, but many other artists are being exhibited. The vicinity to Hamburg and also to the Airport and the excellent S-Bahn connection is a definite plus. The Italian Restaurant Da Salvatore has been a favourite with locals and visitors for years. Die Wassermuehle has good German cuisine and is an enjoyable restaurant to experience. The Porterhouse Steakhouse was a bit of a disappointment and also expensive. Welkommhoeft is a must, although expensive. The lovely tearoom at the Reepschlaegerhaus should be visited. It is easy to get around in Wedel on foot. I can't possibly avoid Wedel because my 100-year old mother lives here!
Location is very central in Wedel, walking distance from the river bank and close to train station and several restaurants and shops. We used the hotel as our baae to reach Hamburg. It takes 40 min with the train and the price is very reasonable with a tourist day ticket.
Beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet during the night.
Our unit was very quiet and we liked how clean and spacious our bathroom was. The included breakfast was great - better than most buffets we've had. The room itself was big enough for two and the bed was comfortable and clean. We also really liked the town of Wedel. There are lots of great amenities nearby.
Breakfast was really very nice and staff very friendly and accommodating. It 's good that there is an elevator for rooms that are not on the ground floor. Room was clean and kept clean every day. Parking is easy and in front of the hotel available. Similarly, there are many restaurants nearby
Good breakfast. Very clean. Very friendly stuff. Good location (with car 4 minutes to free P+R at Wedel, then 30 min with S-Bahn to Hamburg, Landungsbruecken). We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kreutzer and would come back again.
Nice little boutique hotel central in Wedel, but still rather quit. Breakfast was fine. No restaurant, but plenty of possibilities just outside the door.
A nice and modern hotel with a good parking lot which is not guaranteed inside Hamburg. The breakfast buffet is good, and the room is clean and updated.
Lovely breakfast buffet and plenty of strong coffee. The hotel was well run, very clean and so modern that I wrongly assumed it had been built recently.
