We asked for room upgrade and thankfully got a better Room, with a very little upgrade ( fee) a few step further in another affiliated Hotel by Haffidyll! The staff in Second Hotel ( am Alte Gaarzer Eck) was amazing & super friendly !

All the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. The room and bathroom were of good size, the Wi-Fi was excellent and there even was a kettle to make tea or coffee-unfortunately still very unusual for a German hotel. The breakfast offered a good choice of food and drink with the buffet being replenished when necessary. Parking was available for a reasonable fee.
